Great breakfast variety and modern hotel decor.

The Best Western Plus stands out with its modern decor and impressive cleanliness. I loved having two televisions in our room, which came in handy with the kids. The separate freezer door unit was a nice touch for keeping our ice packs cold. Enjoying the pool and hot tub was a highlight of our visit. However, we faced a long wait during check-in, and the pool was unexpectedly closed one morning when we wanted to use it. My only real problem was the pillow quality, which could use some improvement for better comfort. Overall, those minor issues didn't overshadow our enjoyable experience.

Super quiet for a busy place!

Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were super friendly. My King Room was really comfy and I loved that I couldn't hear the busy highway outside or any noise from other guests. The snack bar was handy too, perfect for a midnight craving. Just wish the parking could've been a lil' better, it was a bit tight.

Comfy beds, helpful staff, with convenient amenities including 24-hour reception and fitness centre, made our stay enjoyable although the location was initially difficult to navigate and we needed a few trips back and forth to figure it out.

It'd be nice if they streamlined the check-in process a bit more to avoid any confusion.
